SEVEN male students from HEAL Paradise Village have been stealing the local headlines with their outstanding academic achievements.

The group of Intermediate boys living at the Paradise campus with the support of The Vrushamani Foundation, Hyderabad, posted excellent exam results for the second year running.

All of them defied impoverished upbringings to score 10/10 grades in their SSC (10th class) public examinations to win places on the Leadership School Project and have continued to shine in their studies at Vikas College.

“These students were hand-picked by the Vrushamani Foundation, who recognised their potential as future leaders, and once again these fine young men, all from difficult and deprived backgrounds, have demonstrated their exam prowess,” said HEAL Communications Officer Jem King.

“Our ‘magnificent seven’ are great role models for the hundreds of younger children at HEAL Paradise Village and we are proud that our charity is playing an important role in preparing them for what will undoubtedly prove to be bright futures.”
